He/she is responsible for assisting in technical presales activities, planning, executing, and managing the implementation of multiple software solutions. They ensure that the systems meet the requirements of the organization and or client and integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure. This role involves collaboration with various teams, problem-solving, and often involves customer interaction to ensure the successful deployment and optimization of systems. He/she is involved in the system/user training to ensure deployment is done successfully.

Pre Sale Activities

Assist the sales team to understand customer technical requirements and advise on technical solutions to meet customer requirements. Documentation of customer functional and technical requirements

Project Planning:

Manage project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

System Design and Customization

Analyze business requirements and design system configurations to meet these needs. Customize and configure systems and software to optimize performance and functionality according to specific requirements of clients and assess feasibility of same.

Installation and Deployment

Participate in the installation, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software systems. Ensure all systems are integrated and function correctly within the existing IT infrastructure.

Testing and Troubleshooting

Develop and execute testing protocols to ensure systems operate as intended. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs that arise during the implementation process.

Documentation and Training

Create comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on the new systems and technologies.

Support and Maintenance

Provide post-implementation support to address any issues and ensure the smooth operation of the systems. Perform regular maintenance and updates to keep systems running efficiently.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes. Gather feedback and make adjustments to improve system performance and user satisfaction.

Security and Compliance

Ensure that systems comply with security standards and regulations. Implement security measures to protect data and systems from vulnerabilities.


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

    • Strong understanding of system architecture, networks, databases, and software applications.
    • Proficiency in various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and enterprise software solutions.
