The Operations Manager shall ensure that the strategies are implemented, analyze potential risks, work on ways to mitigate these risks, oversee business operations, monitor competitors, and ensure that customers are satisfied. Moreover, in his/her managerial position, he/she shall supervise, coach, and lead his/her employees and ensure that they are working towards the company’s goals and objectives.




5-6 years

The job holder should ideally possess:

  1. A master’s degree in business administration or any other related qualification.
  2. Excellent knowledge of IT and new technology trends. 
  3. Excellent communication, managerial, and analytical skills. 
  4. Good computer literacy


The ideal job holder should have:

  1. 5–6 years of work experience in managing a team for service delivery
  2. Experience in project implementation
  3. Minimum 3 years at a senior managerial level

  2. Leadership and motivation skills
  3. Independent and innovative
  4. Up to date on applicable technologies
  5. Proactive and reliable
