Handling customer queries and providing after-sales support when needed.

Identifying client issues, providing immediate solutions, and escalating complex problems to supervisors.

Demonstrating a commitment to retaining clients and preventing business loss.

Supporting the team by coordinating tasks and assisting with administrative duties.

Attracting new customers and enhancing customer interactions through positive, emotional connections.

Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
  • A customer-oriented mindset, with a positive and outgoing personality.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Competency in accounting software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customer issues.
