Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems and emerging technology trends.
- Strong communication, managerial, and analytical skills.
- Good computer literacy, including familiarity with project management tools.
- 5–6 years of experience managing a team for service delivery.
- At least 3 years in a senior managerial position.
